What devices can I use to enjoy iTalkBB TV?

We are dedicated to providing our users the best cross-platform experience. You may use the iTalkBB website or the iTalkBB TV app (for iPhone, iPad, and Android) to enjoy your favorite TV shows, movies, and more.

Where can I find my watch history?

iTalkBB TV watch history is only available to registered users. After you successfully sign up and log in, your watch history will be automatically synced across all your devices. Website: Click on your profile photo and select Watch History. You may also find some of your most recent watch histories on the homepage for quick access. App: Go to Me and tap Watch History. You may also find some of your most recent watch histories by taping History on Home for quick access.

How do I use Cast to watch TV shows or movies?

To use Cast by AirPlay or Chromecast, make sure ● Your TV has Google Cast Receiver or Chromecast/AirPlay built-in, and it is turning on; ● The mobile device has connected to the same Wi-Fi as your TV or other AirPlay or Chromecast devices. ● Simply tap the Cast icon in the player in our app, if the iTalkBB TV app detects available Cast devices, you will see the device list. ● Select the device you want to use, the video should start playing on the screen of the chosen device.

Why can’t I watch TV Shows or movies on iTalkBB TV?

At the moment, our content is only available to users based in the U.S. and Canada. We are working to provides services to users outside the region. Please stay tuned.

How can I sign up?

You may sign up with your email or mobile phone number. You may also sign in using your existing Facebook account, Google account, or Apple ID.

How can I change my Profile?

Users signed in using Facebook or Google accounts have their Profile Picture synced automatically from their social media accounts. You can change your Profile Picture following the method below. Website: Click on your profile photo in the top right corner, then click on the Profile Photo or Settings to change Profile Photo or Nickname. App: Go to Me at the bottom navigation, and tap on your profile photo, or click Settings — Profile to change Profile Photo or Nickname.

My phone number/email address is taken when I try to sign up. What should I do?

Click on Forgot your password and follow the prompts to set up a new password.

My account fails to log in. What should I do?

You may try emptying your browser cookies/cache or resetting RAM on your mobile device. If you still cannot log in, you may try resetting your password by clicking on Forgot your password on the log in page.

Why can’t I sign in using my Facebook/Google account?

This is usually caused by the user accidentally removing third-party app access to your Facebook/Google account. Go to your Facebook/Google account settings and make sure iTalkBB TV is on the approved list.

I didn’t receive the reset password email. How can I find it?

Check the Spam or Trash folder of your email. If you still can’t find it, you may request a new email verification code after 1 minute.

I didn’t receive the verification code sent to my phone. How can I find it?

Make sure that you have entered the correct number and your device has all services turned ON and Airplane Mode turned OFF. If you still can’t receive the verification code, you may request a new verification code after 1 minute.

Where can I find my watch history?

iTalkBB TV watch history is only available to registered users. After you successfully sign up and log in, your watch history will be automatically synced across all your devices. Website: Click on your profile photo and select Watch History. You may also find some of your most recent Watch History on the homepage for quick access. App: Go to Me and tap Watch History. You may also find some of your most recent Watch History by taping History on Home for quick access.

What can I do so that I don’t miss future episodes or updates from my favorite TV shows?

Following an episode is a quick way to add the show or movie to your My Following List. Once signed in, you can do so by clicking on the bell icon under the video player. When a new episode is available to watch, you will get a notification in your Message Box.

How to unfollow TV shows, movies, and more?

To unfollow a show or movie, you can click the "Followed" icon again. If you want to do bulk manipulation, follow the method below: Website: Click on your profile photo on the top right corner, then find My Following List on the left navigation, and click on Edit to manage your followed TV shows and movies. App: Go to Me at the bottom navigation, then select My Following List and tap Edit to manage your followed TV shows and movies.

How do I play videos at different speeds?

While watching a video, you will see a 1.0X icon at the bottom right corner of the player (in full-screen mode if you are using the app). Click on the 1.0X icon and select the speed at which you'd like the video to play.

How do I change the video quality?

iTalkBB TV supports up to 1080p FHD video playback. To provide the best viewing experience, iTalkBB TV selects the optimal video quality based on your network conditions (default at 720p). You may change the video quality by clicking on the 720p icon and choose the video playback quality that you prefer.

How do I share videos with friends?

Look for the share button that is located either on the top right corner (full-screen mode) or right under the player (portrait-mode). Click on the share button and you can select from the different sharing options.

What is cache? How can I clear cache?

Cache is information saved on your device to help show certain content faster thus improving your overall experience. Most of the time, you don’t need to worry about cache. If the app feels unresponsive or slow, you may clear cache manually by going to Me then selecting Settings and clicking on Clear cache.

The iTallkBB TV app is frozen/slow/unresponsive. What should I do?

You can try force-closing the app and re-opening the app again. If the app still feels frozen/slow/unresponsive to you. You may try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or log in again. If the problem persists, please contact us by Feedback.

How do I upgrade the app?

You can change the app upgrade settings on your device to auto so that you can upgrade the iTalkBB TV automatically. If you stop the auto-upgrade, you can search for "iTalkBB TV" or "iTalkBB TV HD"(in iPad) in the app store to update it manually. If there are some important versions, we will push notification reminders to upgrade as well.

How do I use Cast to watch TV shows or movies?

What are the supported devices for Cast?

At the moment, the iTalkBB TV app supports casting by AirPlay and Chromecast. Your TV or other extension devices should support AirPlay or Chromecast Build-in. We are working to support more devices.

Cast is not working. What should I do?

Please check the followings one by one: ● Your TV or other extension devices have Google Cast Receiver or support Chromecast/AirPlay built-in, and their casting function is turning on; ● The mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi as your TV or other AirPlay or Chromecast devices, and the current network speed is good. ● For iOS14 or above, iTalkBB TV has permission in your phone or tablet to connect to the local network. (Go to Setting - Privacy - Local Network to check or turn on it). If the issue persists, please refer to AirPlay or Chromecast help pages for more troubleshooting information, or tell us your problem by Feedback.

The video is not playing. How can I fix this?

Many factors can cause streaming issues. Most of the time, this can be fixed by disconnecting from then reconnecting to your Wi-Fi, cellular data, or cable network. Reloading the app or website may also fix the problem.

The video looks blurry/pixelated/choppy. What’s wrong?

The iTalkBB TV website and app automatically select the optimal streaming quality based on your network condition. If you experience blurry/pixelated/choppy video quality, please check your network and make sure that you have a strong and stable connection. Lowering the streaming quality manually may provide a smoother streaming experience under poor network conditions.

The video looks like skip several seconds, or miss some parts. What's wrong?

You may try clearing your browser cookies or emptying the iTalkBB TV app cache. If the issue persists, please contact us by Feedback.

How do I share my Invite Code with my friends?

Once signed in, go to Me and find the invitation code under your nickname. Click on the code to copy it to the clipboard and share it with your friends.

I received an Event Code/Invite Code. How do I use it?

Go to Me, then find Invitation Code or Event Code, and enter the code in the input box.

How to find my interesting content?

Our editor will present the curated popular TV shows, movies, and more on the homepage. You can also search by content or cast name in the search bar to find your favorite ones. Follow us on WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube by searching “iTalkBB TV” to get updates on our new and upcoming titles. You can also share with us the content that you would like to watch by Feedback.
